Ibarra Mexican Chocolate

Let us imagine the world several centuries ago, and in it, as a wildfruit, we find a small seed: the cacao. Ibarra has converted chocolate, as a product of the cacao, into an indispensable product for enhancing different recipes in the Mexican kitchen. It is used to make the traditional "Mole" and to elaborate cakes and "Champurrado". It is also delicious as a delicacy, but the most traditional way to consume it is still as a cup of very hot chocolate.
