The Tasca family has been producing olive oil on their estate in the hills above Palermo since 1830. While they are celebrated worldwide for their spectacular wines, their olive oil is more of an Italian culinary secret, rarely seen outside of Italy due to its limited production. Because of the small amount of olive oil pressed by the family each year, their Regaleali Oil has only recently become available in the United States.
