Sarabeth's Kitchen's Legendary Spreadable Fruit is made completely by hand. The fruit is hand cut to avoid bruising and to preserve its natural flavor and texture. Then it is slowly simmered in small batches to ensure tight quality control and to allow for development of the unique fresh fruit flavors. While other "fruit spreads" contain white grape juice concentrate and call themselves "sugar free", but still maintaining a high caloric content per serving, Sarabeth's products contain only pure fruit and sufficient sugar to maintain it's shelf life without additives, thickeners, and shelf life extenders. Sarabeth's Legendary Spreadable Fruit remains all natural, less sweet, and lower in calories per serving than ordinary preserves.
