Half Moon Bay Trading Tamarindo Bay Steak Sauce

This is a world class sauce with incredible aroma and rich flavors. Ingredients include tamarind, banana, pineapple, molasses, cayenne peppers, cane sugar, salt, onions, garlic, cane vinegar, corn starch, and spices. It was created in the vein of a fine English or Jamaican steak and roast-style sauce, but fruitier and spicier with a hint of cayenne pepper.
