Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Titone)

Titone is produced by a family of pharmacists who regard organic farming as the essential way of producing olive oil. The olives are collected by hand, using wooden harvest combs, and are cold-pressed on the estate within hours. Made from Nocellara, Ceresuola, and Bianco Lilla estate grown olives, Titone is light yellow-green and very transparent, with a medium to heavy viscosity. The oil is mild, with a green olive nose, rounded olive flavors, and leafy green notes. Use on raw vegetables, salads, meat, fish, and whenever you want an oil that does not compete with other subtle, fresh flavors.
