The trees thrived in our Mediterranean climate producing superior fruit and oil that enjoy a renaissance today. The finest olives are harvested in the fall, cured the old fashioned way, with salt rather than lye, and packed in a special brine with Champagne vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, and unique savory spices. Packed in square jars with earthy labels and twine ties, they are perfect for appetizers, picnics, and gifts.
